It is fabricated from a sheet of 48” by 16” plywood with carpet bunk and a couple of runners to slip over the flange. Very comfortable and easy to enter and exit from that cramped area of the boat. The carpet bunk is wrapped around the edges and prevent damage to the gelcoat finish or the fiberglass.
